There’s now an official Facebook page for dmb where you can be notified of updates to dmb when they’re made, including background additions, featured art, website improvements and you can make suggestions and request backgrounds.

This latest round of changes brings more thumbnails to each page.
The front page design has also been optimised for the 2560×1600 resolution, so users with all those pixels will still have enough thumbnails to fill their screen 
Also, the advertisements have been moved around a bit. Now instead of pushing the content downwards, they are off to the side which allows the design to fit more nicely.
We’ve also been adding more images and thanks to all the users who have added their own.
So far these changes are only on dmb but over the next week they will also be implemented on tmb and qmb. Enjoy!

Along with the hundreds of new wallpapers added this week there has also been development.
Below is a list of changes:
- Added “separate images” function below each image on the image pages. This will be particularly useful for Mac users.
- Design bugs fixed
- Searching a second time starts a new search instead of adding to the previous one
- NSFW setting works for searching now instead of just when browsing

The new version of qmb is online which brings all 3 wallpaper websites in sync with eachother.
There will be a lot of new backgrounds added to qmb along with the other 2 so keep checking and enjoy

The websites have just been updated with a few changes:
- The Mobile Technology category has been merged into the Computers / Technology category
- You can hide most of the welcome text on the main page and your preference is saved for the future
- The registration process is more user-friendly
There are many more improvements to be implemented in the near future.
Along with these improvements, there have been a lot of backgrounds added since we launched the new design.
Thanks to all the users who have registered and added their own backgrounds!
We’ve been adding between 10 and 50 new backgrounds every day lately and that will continue.
Finally, qmb will be updated soon, which will bring all the websites up to date with our new design.

The new tmb is now launched with the same benefits as the new dmb, so please feel free to upload your own backgrounds to the site!
Along with that, dmb has also received a slight makeover, with thumbnails now resizing to fit your resolution instead of the margins resizing like before.
You may have noticed that dmb has had new backgrounds added to it most days, that will continue for the foreseeable future.

Today we released updates to the resolution filter on dmb based on our traffic logs, meaning that the most popular resolutions are now supported.
For those interested, the top resolutions in order of importance (most important at the top) are:
1920×1080
1280×1024
1680×1050
1440×900
1920×1200
1366×768
1600×900
1280×800
1024×768
2560×1440
1600×1200
We’ve been making a lot of progress thanks to great feedback from users.
Many improvements have been made to dmb over the last few weeks and will continue to be made.
We will be updating tmb and qmb to the same style as the new dmb soon

Just added a new category to dmb called Fantasy. This splits off from Science Fiction.
